Erika Garcia was a wonderful realtor. She first reached out to us when we inquired about a home that Zillow had her associated with. Within a day we met up to see some various properties she had sent our way and only went out looking twice before she knew us so well we found our dream home. Where do I start. Erika did a phenomenal job with us she had so much patience and took her time and went ABOVE and BEYOND for us to find a perfect home. On October of last year we lost our apartment that we called home due to a fire. We were determine that it was time for us to find a home the actually call ours. We had no idea what to expect when looking for a home and Ericka was very kind and she provided so much knowledge she was super organized she came with pictures pamphlets everything for the home that we have selected to see. She took her time in every detail in explaining to us everything that we needed to know. I would say it took us months to find our home because there were things came along which Ericka understood perfectly but she never gave up on us.
