Erin Mancino was extremely helpful and understanding of our needs. We are first time home buyers and I was very stressed out and anxious but Erin always knew what to say to ease my fears and make this experience very pleasant! She was very attentive and always there when we needed her weather it be an email, phone call or text message. Being a first time home buyer we did not know much about the process. Erin was very knowledgeable and had many contacts that we used such as our mortgage broker, lawyer and home inspector. Everyone Erin recommended was also very professional and helpful and they all spoke highly of Erin as well! I will recommend Erin to all my friends and family for their home buying/selling needs! Erin was absolutely fantastic! I could not have picked a better person to be our agent. Right from the get-go Erin was personable, energetic and very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of business and what to look out for when buying, whether it was good or bad. We were able to get in touch with Erin very easily and she was always available to talk to us, no matter the day or time. What sold me on Erin was when she said "I'll treat you like my own kids". That really hit home for me as I am a new home owner and the nerves were taking over. Erin took us under her wing and led us to finding our dream home. Without her, I don't think this would have been possible. I would recommend Erin (and already have) to anyone who is looking to buy! Whether it's your first or fifth home, Erin has the experience and knowledge to get you into the house you've always wanted. Erin works hard for her clients and is feisty in the best way possible.
