Seller reviewWe have known Erin Mancino for years and feel she is one of the most personable, respectful,caring individuals who will do what it takes to get a deal done. What makes Erin stand out from most is that she explains everything to you without making you feel overwhelmed. Erin talks about all your options and the benefits/downfalls of each option. This is such a challenging process for sellers, but Erin keeps you informed every step of the way which leaves you with a calm and supportive feeling. We can't say enough about Erin's personality and work ethic. Erin is extremely knowledgeable in her field and does it with such charisma. Erin's personality is magnetic; she made us laugh when we needed to, expresses determination and fight when appropriate. It is such an amazing balance on how she can do this. Seller reviewAlthough Erin and I are cousins that is not the reason we chose her to be our agent. We saw all of her posts on social media about sales and closings and knew that she was who we wanted to represent us. Erin exceeded our expectations. Our home was a difficult sale but she kept at it and never gave up. She was always honest with us, she never told us what we wanted to hear, she told us what we needed to hear in order for us to not only sell our home but purchase a new one. I know that she worked tirelessly behind the scenes to get our closings done as scheduled and promised. To top it off, we had back to back closings on St. Patricks day so Erin decided to make us an awesome corned beef dinner knowing that with 2 closings and a move we would not have time to do that ourselves. What agent does that? She is truly one of a kind. She is a top agent that always went above and beyond the call of duty and always put us before the sale. I don't know that we could ever thank her enough.
