Although Erin and I are cousins that is not the reason we chose her to be our agent. We saw all of her posts on social media about sales and closings and knew that she was who we wanted to represent us. Erin exceeded our expectations. Our home was a difficult sale but she kept at it and never gave up. She was always honest with us, she never told us what we wanted to hear, she told us what we needed to hear in order for us to not only sell our home but purchase a new one. I know that she worked tirelessly behind the scenes to get our closings done as scheduled and promised. To top it off, we had back to back closings on St. Patricks day so Erin decided to make us an awesome corned beef dinner knowing that with 2 closings and a move we would not have time to do that ourselves. What agent does that? She is truly one of a kind. She is a top agent that always went above and beyond the call of duty and always put us before the sale. I don't know that we could ever thank her enough.
