I have known Erin on a personal level for many years as our children are the same age, however this was the first time I got to see Erin in her "realtor" mode. Honestly is was an amazing sight to behold. Erin not only met my goals as a realtor, selling my house and helping me find and purchase my condo....she far surpassed them. During what had to be one of the most stressful times of my life Erin was available to me any time I needed her. Whenever I reached out with a question or concern she always got back to me in record time and either had an immediate answer or called back with one. Anyone who believes that realty is a 9-5 job is sorely mistaken, it is more 24/7, when you get to see Erin in motion she proves that. Erin sold my condo very successfully, so I already knew, purchasing a home through her would be a great experience. She was patient, friendly, understanding, and did what needed to be done to get the job done. Her knowledge of homes in general (and the local area), helped identify what tools to use for negotiating price and if the property should even be considered to purchase based on my own personal needs and talents in maintaining a home. I always felt like I was her only client and everything was customized for me. Very responsive to all my questions and concerns. Erin also provided great recommendations on who to use for mortgages, lawyers, home inspections, oil companies, electricians, garbage removal companies, etc. She goes well over above and beyond to make sure the purchase fit my needs personally and financially. She made my dream of owning a house come true again. I HIGHLY recommend Erin!

Erin has a passion for her field and her clients. She knows her market and knows how to price well. She has high standards which contributes to the positive outcomes of her sales transactions. She always keeps her client's best interest in mind. My feeling was it was NOT about just making the commission. It was about what was right for me as her client. Erin is honest and sets realistic expectations, making sure I knew what was transpiring so there were no surprises. When things did not go as planned, she fought to gain compromise and alternate solution. Erin was always approachable and timely with any information I needed to sell my condo. Any questions or even suggestions I had along the way were discussed with respect and honest feedback. We worked as a team and I highly responded to that. She is friendly and fun, but also knows when to get down to business. Selling and buying real estate is a very stressful and emotional rollercoaster. As I was selling my condo, I also found a property to buy with Erin. With both sides going at the same time, things got a bit complicated and stressful. Erin always had my back and was willing to do what needed to done to get the best price for my condo and the best price for my purchase. She is great to work with and I will highly recommend her to all my friends and family.
