Could not have asked for a better realtor. She was very patient and helpful for us being first time home buyers. She sat down with us and asked what we wanted and gave us just that. We ended up spending way less then we planned because of her expertise and help. Erin treated us as if we were part of her family, looking out for our best interest and getting us the best deals possible. Erin was a pleasure to work with! We purchased a HUD Home which required much more attention than most home purchases. She completed everything properly and on time. As first time home buyers she made sure we were understanding of all areas of this purchase. Not only was she knowledgeable and beyond helpful she was so much fun to work with! We have known Erin Mancino for years and feel she is one of the most personable, respectful,caring individuals who will do what it takes to get a deal done. What makes Erin stand out from most is that she explains everything to you without making you feel overwhelmed. Erin talks about all your options and the benefits/downfalls of each option. This is such a challenging process for sellers, but Erin keeps you informed every step of the way which leaves you with a calm and supportive feeling.
