Ethan is by far the most professional, efficient, and disciplined Realtor my wife and I have had the opportunity to work with, over an almost 20 year military career moving all over the country every 2-3 years. His expertise and influence allowed us to sell our home within a week of contacting him. I knew he was a great Realtor, but I am truly impressed by how much he goes above and beyond anyone we've ever worked with in the past. There were never any surprises and he always took the time to explain everything in detail leaving zero guesswork on our end. He is also representing us as we build our new home. He always serves in our best interest asking the appropriate questions we would not think of asking. He was very patient with us while meeting with numerous builders before we landed on a builder who suited our needs the best. There is not enough room on this review to fully express my appreciation for Ethan. The military moved us back to Iowa in 2017 and we met Ethan when we became his neighbor. When I deployed overseas in 2019-2020, he and his family took it upon themselves to check in on my family and arranged for lawn service for our home while I was away. Ethan is actively involved in his community, he is a great neighbor, a great friend, and there is no Realtor I trust or endorse more than him.

Ethan went above and beyond and truly made us feel like we were his only client. He was available anytime we needed him. Communication and the hard work he put in were unbeatable. We will be recommending him to everyone! Ethan had our house sold before we could even list. The entire process was extremely smooth. We felt clueless after being in our previous house for 12 years, but Ethan and his team kept us updated and informed every step of the way!
