Throughout this process of finding some land to build on and then actually planning the home with a builder, it's full of waiting for people to just get back to you. I choice Ethan because I have previously worked with him in the past on selling another home that I had owned. He has knowledge of the Ballard area and that is where I was looking for a home at, so I knew I would be getting the best help! He answers questions as fast as he can and never pushes you into a deal. Ethan always does his best to represent his client and walks you through the whole process with updates each week until you sign the closing documents! I will always recommend Ethan to others. Ethan is overall a great person not only a realtor! He listens to your needs and wants and does the very best to find each of those! He always goes above and beyond to find the place you are looking for!
