From the first moment we met him, it was obvious that he really cared about helping us sell our home and purchase another home that was a great fit for us. We paid much less for our new home due to his negotiation skills and he has been very helpful and aggressive in listing and advertising our current property. We are peaceful knowing that Ethan is overseeing our selling and buying affairs. He is polite, on top of things, extremely efficient, and does what's best for us even when it makes more work for him! He's consistent throughout the entire process and is very knowledgeable. No doubt we will recommend him to friends and family and will use him again!
