When I contacted Century 21Signature the receptionist listened to what I was asking for in a realtor. She then suggested Ethan, he is eager to help new clients. My husband and I needed a realtor who had time for us, to listen what we wanted in our home to be. He set up numerous homes to go through until we chose the right one for us!! When we had questions, and we did. Ethan jumped through hoops many times to resolve issues we were disappointed with and he got right back to us. I started off selling my home as "anti realtor" as I've always disliked the 7% concept. My thoughts are the process should be a "fixed" fee approach. Why not 3%? Why not 10%? How did the industry stop on 7%? Agents will work the same on a $500k house as they would a $200k house. That being said, I originally used a company that got me on the MLS at .5%. It was definitely not worth the hassle and extra work I had to do to try and save on the real estate commission fee. Ethan made the experience an excellent one and as I stated before, I would say that even if I didn't have multiple offers in the first few days. There is not one thing he could have done to work harder in order to get my house sold, communicate throughout the "dead" time waiting for closing or in performing our closing. He went above and beyond and even personally delivered our check at the end of the process. He came highly recommended from others in the community that used him in the past. I know see and understand what all of the rave is about regarding his work ethic and communications. I highly recommend Ethan and have already spread the word on how pleased I was with the entire home selling process. Ethan had his coop business partner, Roger Wheeler come to my home and they provided an excellent assessment on the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities to show the house better. I was very impressed with the thouroughness. I know I'm not the easist client to deal with but Ethan doesn't let grass grow under his feet and was always 1 step ahead of me in communications at all times. I've sold at least 4 other houses in the past and it's been a frustrating experience. Not 1 time was I ever frustrated with the service of Mr. Hokel and I would say that even if my house didn't have multiple offers in the first 3 days.

Ethan came highly recommended from a friend. I needed someone who knew the area well and would be willing to work with me since i was unsure about putting my house on the market. Ethan answered any questions i had, no matter the time of day he was available! I was hesitant about putting my house on the market and Ethan assured me he would take care of everything.

Ethan was easy to work with from the beginning. We were concerned that a realtor would try to talk us into something too expensive or not what we wanted but that wasn't an issue with Ethan. He wasn't pushy and would just present us with as many options as possible that met our criteria. He would bring up things he felt were concerning and would share his honest opinion whenever we asked. He was patient with us for months while looking through several houses. Once we had an offer accepted, the process was very smooth. He would let us know if anything needed signed and we could sign it electronically which made it super easy. I would definitely work with Ethan again.

Ethan has always been a great real estate agent for my needs. He sold me my home in the fall and then due to a job change, listed and sold the home for me 8 months later. He was able to sell my home in three days and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I would recommend Ethan to anyone looking for a real estate agent. He does a great job and I am thankful to have met him and to call him a friend.
