Buyer reviewHave experienced previous transactions with Ethan and were great. We did not look anywhere for listing and selling besides Ethan. Ethan goes out of his way in all of these areas to be at or above satisfaction.

Buyer reviewEthan was great in every aspect of my homebuying experience. Being only 25 and buying my first home can be stressful, and Ethan made the process simple and easy going. Was super attentive when I had questions. After working with Ethan I couldn't see myself working with another realtor.

Seller reviewI was looking for a realtor to do an appraisal of my home and someone recommended Ethan on Facebook. I called him and explained that I wanted an appraisal and had planned to sell my house but didn't want to list it for several months. We live out of state and wanted to have some time to clear out the house and clean up the property prior to listing. Ethan was very understanding and did the appraisal. Next thing I knew I had multiple offers on the house prior to even listing it! Ethan kept our property in mind when he had buyers that were looking for what we had. Ethan did a great job managing our time table with the buyer and went out of his way to be there when we couldn't be for work that had to be done as a result of the inspection. The whole experience from start to finish couldn't have been easier thanks to Ethan.
