Our house sold to a buyer that had asked for first options to look at our house before we were ready to put it on the market. The buyer was a friend of our next door neighbor. Because of that Ethan was not involved in a sales campaign. His communication with us was very complete and easy to understand. Told us all the steps, time line and what we would need to do each step of the way. Ethan was able to save us some money in negotiating costs with the buyers and in finding the a reasonably priced radon mitigation provider.
