Buyer reviewAs a first time home buyer, I was nervous and had no idea how intricate the homebuying process can be. From the very beginning, Ethan tailored to our needs and made sure that the experience was as enjoyable and painless as possible. He paid close attention to our wants/needs, and was very personalized. His quick responses and attentiveness made us feel as if we were his only customers. Seller reviewEthan was given a tough house to sell. We knew going into it that it was not going to sell overnight. He did all he could to get buyers thru and make the sale happen. As a friend once told me "It will sell when the house you are supposed to buy becomes available." I have to agree. We are happy with our new home and glad to have the move behind us.
