Seller reviewThe owner/seller lived in this house for 60 years and had never sold a house before. She had no knowledge of who to list her home with, so her son checked with the local banker who recommended Ethan Hokel. Ethan provided suggestions for how to prepare and stage the house for selling. We followed his recommendations. The house was listed on March 9th, had showings the same day, multiple offers were received and an offer was accepted on March 10th, less than 24 hours after being listed. We would recommend Ethan Hokel as he was very knowledgeable and very proactive in his communication with us. He made sure to let us know what to expect during the process, as well as sent reminders of things we needed to be sure and do (such as cancel utilities, insurance, etc.) and a timeframe for doing them.

Seller reviewOur house sold to a buyer that had asked for first options to look at our house before we were ready to put it on the market. The buyer was a friend of our next door neighbor. Because of that Ethan was not involved in a sales campaign. His communication with us was very complete and easy to understand. Told us all the steps, time line and what we would need to do each step of the way. Ethan was able to save us some money in negotiating costs with the buyers and in finding the a reasonably priced radon mitigation provider.
