Ethan Hokel showed us about 10-12 houses and we weren't finding what we wanted. Ethan said he had been listening to our comments and feedback about the first 10-12 houses and mentioned he had a listing he thinks we would like. Well, he was correct and we bought the house. I really appreciate that he was listening to our comments during the showings, then was able to steer us in the right direction, and ultimately found us find what we wanted. As first time home-buyers, Ethan made the process very easy for us. Ethan was also genuinely honest, and set our expectations reasonably. He was upfront with the negative aspects of each situation so we were never surprised about any issue, or negotiation. Communication was prompt, if he wasn't able to answer, he returned calls and emails within minutes. Lastly, Ethan does the small things that really make a difference. For example, he had dish soap, laundry detergent, and TP, amongst many other gifts waiting for us at the home when we moved in.
