Ethan was great to work with during the long process of buying a new construction and selling our previous home. Not only was I a first time homebuyer with numerous questions but I was moving cross country. We were only focused on a couple areas so I wanted to work with someone who knew the Ballard market inside and out, and from what everyone told me Ethan was the best. Ethan did not disappoint at all. Because we couldn't fly back to tour homes he did facetime walk throughs for us. The best part because Ethan is so well connected he was able to find us a house that already had a pending offer that wasn't going well. We truly appreciate his help.
