Buyer reviewI don't know how Ethan has the time! We truly felt like the only client he had. He was extremely quick with responses, knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. He went to bat for us when needed when issues came up with our builder. You can tell that Ethan takes pride in his community and can truly find the best fit for his clients. We were only focused on a couple areas so I wanted to work with someone who knew the Ballard market inside and out, and from what everyone told me Ethan was the best. Ethan did not disappoint at all. Because we couldn't fly back to tour homes he did facetime walk throughs for us. The best part because Ethan is so well connected he was able to find us a house that already had a pending offer that wasn't going well. We truly appreciate his help.
