I have never sold a house before so the entire process was new to me. From start to finish, Ethan was at my disposal whether it be simple question or translating the fine print for me. He even makes note of the little things, like your birthday or favorite coffee shop. This is our second time around with Ethan and his team and 'Thank You' doesn't seem like enough. He combines character, honesty, hard work and the ability to deliver an amazing experience into every interaction. He demonstrates what a great sales person is through the way he handles not only us as his clients but also the other party. It is important to us that we get a good deal, but also that we fair to the people we are selling to or buying from and he navigates that with ease. Ethan knows our expectations and how we want to go about buying and selling and he strives to go above and beyond an already high bar. The extra touches of status updates, coffee gift cards, reminders of what is being worked on in the background, and so much more just added to an already great experience.
