Buyer reviewWe were so glad to have worked with Evangelina Espiritu the second time around. Mom needed a new place that was safe and readily accessible to all of her shopping and transportion needs. All of the places that she showed us were all what we have asked for. When it comes to placing a proposal, Evangelina has helped us with the bidding process step by step. We would not be able to this on our own. So glad, she was there to help us. She was available everytime we have questions. She is also a great mediator between us and the seller, our lawyer and the title company.
