She was super accommodating to our difficult schedules and was always available to see prospective houses with us. She was outgoing in finding/showing us potential homes that met our needs. She's also very personable and gave us a lot of tips that we wouldn't have known otherwise. Seller reviewAt the outset, when the Short Sale was discussed between Evangelina and me, I can tell her experience, expertise and knowledge re: the Short Sale process because I absolutely did not know how to go about it. More importantly, she's consistently empathized with my financial status and I felt that she treated me and helped me as a friend , someone I can trust. She is very methodical and very effecient throughout the short sale process Over all, although the short sale of our residential property is a sad and unfortunate experience for me and my family, Evangelina made it much less stressful and less traumatic by her understanding, patience and overall assistance and her excellent work done throughout the short sale process
