Buyer reviewThis will be the 2nd time Evangelina Espiritu has helped us out on our house purchase. She is very knowledgeable with the property we are looking for. She knows the in's and out of the business and guides us from start till finish. She was also good in her negotiations specially in a sellers market which i think is very critical. She is very approachable and does listen to our concerns and issues throughout housing hunting process. I would fully recommend Evangelina Espiritu to anyone who would be looking for a new home.

Buyer reviewEvangelina Espiritu is professional in all her dealings but at the same time, she puts a personal touch in all her actions. The first time she presented us with the listing of real estate in the area that we wanted to look at, she provided us with a lot of choices that are all within our budget and our specifications. You can tell that she prepares for the occasion, whether it's looking for the right house, the home inspection, the walk through, etc. We did not have a lawyer but the lawyer she recommended was very good. My experience with both selling our house and buying a new one was very good. I was ready to be stressed out but I never felt stressed all throughout. I am pretty sure that she will even offer to pack our stuff, if we ask her. That's how helpful she is. I will gladly recommend her to family and friends, looking for a real estate agent.
