I found Vangie online on a random home buying search. I reached out to her and she was very approachable and responsible. I sent her name and photo to my husband and he realized that he had worked with her in the past and she had been very helpful. That was enough reason to wanna work with her. Throughout the whole buying process, Vangie went above and beyond to ensure a timely closing, although we had quite a few humps to go over. She kept us informed, recommended people for inspection, the lawyer or home insurance, and scheduled what needed to be scheduled in due time. She took the time to go way out of her way to make sure some of the procedures got expedited, although it wasn't really her job. She is kind, respectful and very hardworking. She even found another tenant in the house we were renting which made our lives so much easier as we had to break our lease to buy this house. I will definitely use her again and recommend her. Upon her recommendation I started low with the offer &I got the deal w/no more back and forth negotiation. I could reach out to her anytime & receive a prompt answer. I want to thank you Evangelina Espiritu for your help to find a new home for us here in New Jersey. I thought the house hunting I can do by myself, it turns out I am wrong. Internet info are not updated. You really needed help from a real estate agent. I know Evangelina through a mutual friend, so I decided to get her services since I read some good reviews about her and she got a lot of recommendation from happy customers. Indeed, those are all true. From the start to the end, she acts in professional manner. She's full of patience with me, I am very picky and particular. She suggest and recommend and respect your wants. She's on the look out and send me immediately new houses on the market that pertains to my taste, and immediately make appointment to view the house. This way, I was able to seal a deal on the house that I want before it disappear. Evangelina took good care of everything from bottom to top. She knows her stuff. You can tell she got a lot of experiences. Sale went smooth with me because she's able to put stuff together from house infection, attorney reviews, and mortgage. Evangelina answer texts, calls, and emails fast. She is very professional in talks and walks. We were able to close on the date she said it will be, and we did. She even gave us a gift to celebrate our new home. My husband and I are very please and happy that she is our real estate agent, I will definitely recommend her.

We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place and we were so fortunate to found Tita Evangeline. As our Realtor, she helped us find our dream house in the right neighborhood. I have known Vangie for a total of 16 years. We first met in 2004 when she assisted my parents with the sale of their home and purchase of another. When I became a first time homebuyer in 2017, my parents reminded me of Vangie's stellar service after I attended an open house & wanted to make an offer. I called Vangie & she met with me that very day (which was a Sunday!) to come up with a game plan, since she anticipated this to be a multiple offer situation. Thanks to Vangie, my offer was accepted (there were multiple offers, as she anticipated) without exceeding my budget. Her advice & sincere dedication to my worries & needs as a first time homebuyer made me feel 100% confident during the entire process. Fast forward three years, I accept an out-of-state transfer for work. I had to sell my house in order to relocate. I immediately called Vangie and she was able to meet with me the very next day to discuss listing my home and explained every step of the process to me. I was a nervous wreck because this was my first sale, but, she again gave me the confidence that everything would work out great. Vangie knew I was on a tight timeline, & my house had multiple offers within days of hitting the market! Only a month & some days went by before we fully closed the sale. The entire time, she was extremely responsive to my questions, concerns, and she is just all around a great person.
