Seller reviewMy overall experience with Francis Mellace was absolutely amazing. Francis guided me through everything possible and made the process so easy from a sellers and buyers standpoint. Everything was organized and kept in good hands. As well as the fact that Francis answered any and all questions at any time of the day to include the important questions late at night. Francis was very honest with me with every home I looked at and pointed very important things out to me whether good or bad in order to insure I made the right decision. Without Francis my process wouldn't have been done as fast as it was nor would I be as happy as I am. I cannot thank Francis enough for the hard work and dedication towards my process.

I've dealt with other realtors and it always seemed to be bother when asking to set up a showing. Frank will set up an appointment within 30 minutes of calling him and be there in a drop of a hat. I was often among the first to see a home that was for sale. Thanks to Frank, I was able to find the perfect hous and we secured an amazing deal in a tough market. He was also extremely helpful during the close process, answering all my questions as a first time home buyer, properly guiding me, and was even able to negotiate a seller credit that paid my entire closing cost! I could not be happier. I highly recommend Francis Mellace to anyone looking for a realtor that will get the job done!

Buyer reviewWe called Francis "Frank" on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend, and he picked up! Despite the Holiday weekend, he agreed to meet us later that day & show us the house. Frank was a delight to work with! He explained the updates that had been made to the house, he explained the "what to expect", along w/the timeframe of responses. He followed through on promises and assisted us with many contacts to the Township, both on the phone & in person; he connected us with individuals who could inspect the house for us since we were not familiar w/the area, Frank really knocked it outta the park! He is professional & very knowledgeable, especially as it pertains to Fannie Mae. We are so grateful to Frank for all of his expertise.
