Buying a home is not easy and very stressful but surely Francis made sure to decrease our stress and ease the process. This is very important especially that we were first time buyers. Frank treated us like family and went above and beyond with helping us achieve our long time goal. He is very honest and trustworthy, which are qualities every buyer needs in their agent. Francis is very approachable and didn't make us feel like we were customers. We felt like we were meeting a family member at every house he showed us. Also, he never made us feel like we were taking a lot of his time. He gave us his time and was extremely patient with us.
