Extremely responsive, clear in communications and expectations from all parties. Predictions of process came to pass exactly as described, overall an excellent experience. Frank Binnendyk was energetic and went above and beyond to move the process quickly. His goal was our satisfaction. He was quick to offer any services he could personally provide. For instance, he replaced batteries and bulbs, made sure the property was clean and ready for showing, gave great sales pitch to neighbors at open house and replied to text inquiries consistently in a matter of minutes which was highly valued as the owners were located across the country! Our family has already recommended him to others in the area and we would definitely use his services again!
