I am a Frank fan girl. I have worked with him on many personal transactions. The thing about Frank, that sets him apart from other Brokers is that he shows up everytime. He meets the contractors, he makes extra keys, picked me up from the airport, puts in hours of online research and marketing. Answers the phone, always cheerful, and always says "yes, how can I be of service". If you decide to work with Frank, you will have less on your shoulders during the whole transaction. Ah, one more thing, he's not a "team", it's always Frank you talk to.

This purchase gave us the opportunity to see Frank shine as a Buyer's agent in addition to our previous Seller's agent experience.

Frank Binnendyk was phenominal as our seller's agent! On a scale of 1 to 10? 11! In the short time our home was listed, he worked his butt off. He hosted no fewer than 6 open houses. He worked with potential buyers to help with financing questions. He was a voice of calm and reason with sage advice and presented sound options through some challenges that came up during the selling process. We selected Frank as our agent because we had met him at an open house a couple of blocks away a year before for a property that thad a similar floorplan as ours; at the time I watched how hard he worked to sell that property and the positive results he achieved.
