Seller reviewIt took almost 2 years to sell our home. Frank was with us every step of the way and always available. Even though potential buyers were interested we had an underground oil tank and oil heating system. Buyers didn't want that. Frank helped us locate contractors and secure permits to remove the old oil tank, have the soil tested and change to gas heat. Once we made that change, buyers were still weary of a house that had an oil tank removed but we had all the proper documents and inspections. Our house sold quickly when project completed. Also items that needed to be fixed before closing were handled by Frank. Frank had a team of contractors who handled our needs at a very reasonable price. We especially liked and trusted him/them.
