Seller reviewFrank Riposta went beyond the duties expected in a real estate agent. I have sold a few homes, and Frank was by far the most knowledgeable and experienced of them all. Frank handled all the aspects of the listing, and closing, and really alleviated a lot of the stress of selling a home by making all the arrangements with the tenants for the showings, and scheduling all the inspections for closing. It was such a pleasure to work with Frank, and I would highly recommend him to anybody interested in buying or selling a home!

Seller reviewThis was a difficult sale since it was my siblings home and we needed to clear forty years of living in this dwelling. Frank Riposta was very patient with timing issues and I was very impressed by his constant contact via texts since I was out of state. Frank had to physically GO to this Kearny home each time a meeting was had with either an inspector a tradesman or client. He weathered the storm of losing our first buyer and came through with another buyer that fit the bill. I will say I was wishing I was a buyer instead of a seller since the deck is stacked in the favor of the buyer in Nw Jersey.. Frank Riposta will work hard for you and get the job done.
