Buyer reviewGabriela Salazar is an excellent realtor because she really listens to what you want. My husband and I had different priorities in what we wanted in a house and she accommodated to both us. She was extremely patient with us. We took over a year to find a home that checked off all the boxes. We felt like she had our best interest as a priority. She was never pushy and did I say patient with us! Finally what really made an impression is that she was an excellent negotiator when it came to negotiating final purchase price when appraisal came in lower than what we offered. She was calm and collected. I'm beyond happy with her services and would work with her again.
