To whome it may concern Gabriela and I meet through my local ,bank. She called me, and I was surprised because I was expecting someone else. What Gabriela didn't know was, 24 hours prior to us speakin, I asked a realtor to take me to see a property I was very much interested in. He told me it was too far, and I should go see the property, and area by myself first, if I like it then contact him. As you can imagine, I was pretty upset, disappointed, and loosing hope. Next day I got a call from Gabriela. After my experience with that other person, I was skeptical at this point. Gabriel was very kind, respectful, and professional. So, I decided to test her knowledge, and professionalism, I asked her about the area, and property the other realtor wouldn't take me too, without missing a beat, Gabriel know the area front, back, side to side,, not only that, she asked me if I wanted to see the property that day? I said yes! we did that day, and the rest is history. THANK YOU GABBY???

Gabriela Salazar is an excellent realtor because she really listens to what you want. My husband and I had different priorities in what we wanted in a house and she accommodated to both us. She was extremely patient with us. We took over a year to find a home that checked off all the boxes. We felt like she had our best interest as a priority. She was never pushy and did I say patient with us! Finally what really made an impression is that she was an excellent negotiator when it came to negotiating final purchase price when appraisal came in lower than what we offered. She was calm and collected. I'm beyond happy with her services and would work with her again.
