Buyer reviewGail Foster put us in our forever house. it took 6 months of hell from the pickest buyers known to man. we lost out on 3 houses that we had under contract through no fault of gail (inspections, difficult sellers) and she was able to keep our spirits up. My favorite part is that she knew exactly where to guide us in contract negotiations to net the big fish in the end! her availability could not have been any better. we felt like we were her only clients. if I wasn't already in my forever house I would use her again, but in the mean time I'll send her name to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.
