Seller reviewIs there a rating higher than "Excellent"? If so, I'd apply it to Gail and her team!! She explained and implemented her marketing strategy which directly resulted in our house going under contract 3 days after listing and the offer was higher than the asking price. Gail covered all the details of the transaction and made sure closing went off without a hitch and she even sat in for us at closing as we had already left town. Gail is the BOMB for selling your house!
