Buyer reviewWe were buying from out of town and it was very helpful to be able to do communications via text, email, and docusign. Gail was responsive to our concerns and was able to give us information we needed for the area. The Title Company with Chip Taylor was very efficient, accurate and responsive with any of our concerns related to the paperwork at closing. After the closing the listing agent was also a very helpful resource. Overall we are very satisfied with the transaction.
