We were buying from out of town and it was very helpful to be able to do communications via text, email, and docusign. Gail was responsive to our concerns and was able to give us information we needed for the area. The Title Company with Chip Taylor was very efficient, accurate and responsive with any of our concerns related to the paperwork at closing. After the closing the listing agent was also a very helpful resource. Overall we are very satisfied with the transaction.

Gail really worked hard to represent us and fight to get us the best deal possible. Paid notable attention to the type of home we were looking for and made sure our needs were met. Gail was referred to me from Realtor.com after I inquired about a property that I was interested in. Gail was very professional and seemed very familiar with the area. Seemed like a good option for our Realtor. Gail was very reachable and professional during the entire experience. Was very timely in getting work done for us when needed which was critical. Gail has handled both of my home searches in Owensboro and o could not be more grateful for her! She took as much time as needed to make sure that we got our dream home for the perfect price! 50+ houses viewed, 6 week long closing because I was super thorough and had an engineer examine the property in addition to inspections, and Gail was perfect and supportive through all of it. Will never use a different realtor in Owensboro!!
