Gail was very helpful, knew what we were wanting,always was getting in contact with us about what the buyer was wanting to know about the home, asking us if she or another realtor could show the house well in advance, when an inspector or anyone else was coming, via text, phone call or email. I promptly received a friendly email of introduction along with an invitation to log in to her site (she had set up an account for me already). This made an excellent impression upon me suggesting professionalism and courtesy. I contacted her and never looked back! Superlative--I later saw the awards and contributions attributed to her on display around the office, and I can attest that they are every bit earned by Gail. SHe would bring things to our attention which we would never have considered. She advocated professionally and effectively on our behalf in the transaction wherein the sellers did not have an agent working for them. She was received very favorably by the sellers, and she coordinated the entire process efficiently. We are buyers from Maryland, and we had her driving us all over north to south central and east-central Kentucky. She drove us anywhere we wanted to look, and we put hundreds and hundreds of miles on her poor car. She was extremely flexible and available with her time. We know first hand how hard she works to serve her buyers, and how vitally important our happiness and comfort with our final choice truly was for her. Her work is exemplary, and we know that she has set us upon a path which will benefit us and our children and grandchildren for the remainder of our lives. We are truly blessed to have found Gail Niehaus All of the staff were polite, professional, and friendly. We never felt anything but welcome, and everyone worked very hard to make our experience pleasant. Gail Niehaus earned the honor of summa cum laude!
