Buyer reviewGail Niehaus is a top notch realtor. Throughout my home buying experience she was upfront and honest. I grew up helping my dad in home construction so I knew what to look at in a home for repairs, etc. Gail and I had several conversations about various homes and I recieved all of the details about each property, pros and cons of the area, schools, etc. At several different times I almost walked away from the home because of outlandish things that the seller demanded or wouldn't do. Gail fought for me and found ways to compromise so that the playing field was level and I would get a fair deal. Even though I have some things to update in my home I couldn't be happier with Gail and her effort in making it all work out. I would highly recommend Gail and Century 21 partners to everyone.

Seller reviewGail was the agent we used when we purchased our home. She is very friendly, polite, motivated and thoughtful of a persons needs. She did an excellent job in helping us find our home and with all final steps. When we were notified we would be transferred to another state and would need to sale our home Gail was the first person we thought of. She did an excellent job in showing our home and getting the word out. Our home was but on the online market on a Saturday and on Monday we had 4 offers for our home. Comparing what she did in helping us be successful in selling our home compared to what other realtors had listed in the other state there really is no comparison. We have been very blessed to have an excellent realtor on both ends that have gone out of their way to help us in this transition. Hats off to Gail/ We highly recommend her. What more is there to say, we were blessed to have her as our agent. There really is nothing else to say. Gail did an excellent job.
