There just aren't enough superlatives to describe the breadth of her knowledge of the market, or her kindness, patience and generosity helping us through the emotionally difficult decision to sell a house full of memories. Having Gail to help us was like dealing with a favorite trusted relative who happens to also be a top notch realtor! Thank you Gail for everything you did for me and my family. I only wish there were a box to check that was above "Excellent". Gail is an exemplar of every characteristic of a knowledgeable and trusted Realtor, and a good friend. She should write a how-to book on being a Realtor, and the book should be required reading as part of licensure. But I guess some things like "character and decency" just can't be taught. Thee are qualities that are developed over a lifetime. I have already advised other attorneys in my community in New York that GAIL SPADA is the ONLY Realtor they should consider if they need to sell a client's or relative's home in Florida!
