Buyer reviewTina was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking to find our new home. Tina was very helpful in helping us what to look for in these Florida homes since we moved in from Illinois. Tina was very professional!! Always answered our questions and phone calls and texts. Even if she didn't know the answer, she would find the answer and get back to us within 24 hours. Tina was the best. Definitely better than the realtor I had selling our old house!

Seller reviewBeing 100% remote in California with little time to allocate, Gail took care of everything. From cleaning staff and contractors that were reasonably priced, to presenting our offers with intelligent guidance. Gail also made sure the title company was fully ready for the closing. Gail's service is more like a general contractor, project manager, and real estate agent all rolled into one. I would highly recommend Gail to anyone that needs buying or selling assistance in the Spring Hill area.

Seller reviewWhen my husband and his siblings inherited their father's house in Florida and we needed to sell, we interviewed several realtors. As all of us are out of state, we needed someone to assist us in all aspects and were very selective about who we would choose. After meeting Gail Spada we knew she was the right person for us. Not only does she have a wealth of experience and information about the local market, she has a list of vendors that she trusts who can take care of everything from making small repairs to handling the closing. Gail is professional and very responsive but most importantly she is honest. As a realtor myself in Georgia, I have seen many different approaches to selling real estate and she far exceeded our expectations. Gail Spada is absolutely phenomenal and we can't recommend her highly enough!

She had fantastic attention to detail to prepare us before listing and the professional she uses for pictures/video did such an amazing job two out of our four full priced offers (or higher) were sight unseen within the first 48 hours. Gail is extremely professional and trustworthy enough for me to recommend to my daughter. Her years of experience came in handy as she is prepared to handle any issues during a stressful time.
