Seller reviewIt was important that Gail and her team lived in Silverthorn community I valued her constant, quality communications. I live out-of-state and her communications were essential. Because I live out-of-state and the home needed significant work to prepare it for sale, Gail expanded her scope/role and was the "general contractor" for coordinating all the work that had to be done: handy man, cleaning, cement work, etc. If she wouldn't have done this, I'd have probably had to move to Brooksville for a month to do it myself. Overall management of the process was about as easy and stress-free as it could have possibly been.
