Seller reviewGarret went above and beyond for this sale. He was accessible whenever I had a question. He worked with our tenants directly and hasn't ask the inspections personally. What a blessing his efforts were for this sale as I was far too busy to make it to the property many times.

Buyer reviewI found my house on Redfin and requested a viewing. Garrett reached out to me and set up a time for the next day. I liked his attitude, honesty and knowledge so I asked if he would be my representative. We closed escrow in roughly 20 days. He was so responsive and easy to reach. I have zero complaints from the whole process. Garrett was great to work with. If I sell my house in the future I will be reaching out to him again.

Buyer reviewAs the buyer, I chose to go through Garrett French, the listing agent, to purchase this property. I was very satisfied with Garrett's hard work and professionalism - he made multiple visits to the property since the residence had tenants at the time. Garrett ensured 100% of all items were fully addressed before we closed escrow. He actually went above and beyond and even purchased water for the tenants while the well was clorinated to ensure their comfort for two days until the water lines were flushed. I can't say enough good things about Garrett - he is a great negotiator, but hands down an even better human being! I will certainly use him again, as needed!

I was an out of town buyer from San Francisco and I really appreciated him being able to make time for last minute showings when I was able drive to Chico. Additionally, I really appreciated his patience with me when my anxiety got high during the process when there were delays due to the seller. He was just amazing at calming my anxiety and keeping me constantly informed of every step. I would definitely use him again for my next home purchase.
