If it wasn't for his said knowledge and willingness to go up and beyond We wouldn't have closed on time do to a few little things the sellers had forgotten. Garrett went out of his way and got the needed paperwork even though it really wasn't on him. If you are looking in Garrett French's area to buy or sell I strongly recommend him.
