Garrett did a great job for us! He hired a professional photographer who took beautiful pictures of the whole property and Garrett then sent out nice Just Listed postcards with those photos. He ended up selling the property in about a week and we received 2 offers and Garrett negotiated us a price above our asking price. We met Garrett French approx 15 years ago through a Century 21 realtor in the Lake Almanor area. We were impressed with him then and we followed his career through his Newsletter and FaceBook postings. So, when we decided to list our little rental years later we immediately decided to call/meet with him. We were happy with what he told us and decided we didn't have to look further. Garrett took care of everything. Since we still had a tenant, he went out of his way to cater to and "placate" her. I really appreciated that! He co-ordinated all the inspections and contractor(s) that we needed to closed escrow. He answered all my (silly) questions and returned calls, emails and texts right away.
