Garrett was readily available and attended to every stage of the RE transaction. I had assisted at a RE brokerage in Santa Barbara, specifically Montecito while attending college and given that background I was impressed with how attentive Garrett was to the deal. I learned while assisting there how important it was for agents to anticipate any possible problems which thankfully did not arise here and I would credit Garrett's good communication. Garrett also did a good job of dispensing the paperwork at a manageable pace which is helpful given a house purchase is always somewhat stressful and I believe is probably due to his years in the profession.
