Seller reviewThe sale of this property was never in consideration-until I had to place my parent into long term health care. The property was in rough shape, not really attractive to any buyer, and the property was not immediately habitable. Despite those odds, Gary stepped up very quickly, and we had hits on the property almost immediately. It did take a bit to sell, as I asked to list this property as high as we could sell it, to put as much funds as possible into the bank account of my parent. Gary is a consummate professional, understood my "issues", and worked hard to get this property sold! Thank you Gary, for a tough job well done!
