Seller reviewWe sold a house and purchased this house with Gary 28 years ago. In that process Gary's patients and understanding of our needs as well as his negotiations in the process, proofed critical to acquiring the perfect family home for us. Now, when 28 years later, we decided to sell our house, we immidiatley contacted Gary. With his help we were able to put the recently rented house on the market, while we were still out of the country. His appraised sales price as well as the professional marketing through Lund Realty were excellent and essential to selingl our house within 3 weeks for a price we are very pleased about. We just hope Gary will still be working when we might ask him in a couple of years to help us purchase another home in Lewis County. Thanks Gary!
