Seller reviewGary Luchsinger provided excellent service in the sale of our property. We had already moved to Colorado and Gary not only listed the property, but also coordinated contractors to bring the house and property up to selling condition. He continually monitored the property, including shoveling snow, cleaning interior/exterior and made sure house was in showable condition. He went way 'above and beyond' the call of duty! He provided invaluable counsel, staying focused throughout the entire process and generating a 2nd offer after the 1st offer had failed to close. Gary is extremely organized, efficient and put our minds at ease by handling all 'loose ends' and going the 'extra mile' to bring in the best offer and making the transaction a huge success! I did a search on realtor.com for the top listed agents in the Columbus area, figuring that a top agent would know how to get things done. Gary came up at the top. I did more research on other sites and decided to contact him. I was not disappointed. Gary immediately called me back to find out what we wanted and how he could help. He was willing to work within the constraints of us being halway across the country to get us into our new home, including a Saturday of showing when we flew into town.
