Seller reviewWe were in a difficult position. My mother was moving to an assisted living facility and selling her home was very important. We did not want to list the house in October and not sell it before it began to snow and become cold. We also did not want to let the house sit empty until spring. Gary assessed the home, recommended a selling price while considering our parameters regarding the current state of the house. We accepted a cash offer for more than our asking price THE DAY we listed the property. Amazing!! Good job GARY!!!
