If you are looking for a take charge realtor, Gary Thomson is your guy. We highly recommend him. Gary was hands on for all aspects of the house sale. He scheduled and was present for all inspections. Friendly office ,Aida R., and Gary were in constant communication with updates and feedback. With his expertise house sold quickly with multiple offers over asking price.

Gary is a true professional who navigated this market and earned every dollar. Gary and his team were there every step of the way. I've never met a Realtor who did as much as they did to get competitive offers. AMAZING! Gary found the best contractors who immediately addressed specific issues at fair costs. He also helped when I needed to remove larger items from the house. I don't know any Realtor who helps with physical work like Gary did. I'd use the word mensch to describe Gary.
