Seller reviewGary is a true professional who navigated this market and earned every dollar. Gary and his team were there every step of the way. I've never met a Realtor who did as much as they did to get competitive offers. AMAZING! Gary found the best contractors who immediately addressed specific issues at fair costs. He also helped when I needed to remove larger items from the house. I don't know any Realtor who helps with physical work like Gary did. I'd use the word mensch to describe Gary.

He is such a pleasant person to deal with and I haven't had a realtor who stays as personally involved as he did. He did everything in his power to make the deal happen. He knows the ins and outs of the area and is easy to reach when questions come up. I would highly recommend Century 21 Thomson & Co.

Seller reviewI was following the sales in the area and Gary was killing it with each and every one. Being an out of state Realtor myself I know how hard in this market it is to do it over and over. I contacted him, he kept in touch. I met with other agents but he clearly was the one for us. He knew the area, had any resource we needed and got the job done! Multiple offers and way over ask!
