Growing up in a real estate family, she was motivated to join the family career field to connect with others and make a difference. Her personalized service approach to her client relationships is what sets her apart.
While in college she studied business and went on to become a president of a successful management company. She came from a well-rounded background of property management, marketing/sales with impeccable customer service.
She is enthusiastic, honest, dedicated and aspires to go "above and beyond" for all her clients. Assisting her client's selling or buying their home is an honor. Along with her ethics, consistent follow-up, and transparency she has proven to be a value to her clients.
Lastly, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, nature, and serving others. Buyer reviewGayle helped me find my previous house, which I rented. She was so amazing that I told her when I was ready to buy, she'd be my first call. Three years later, she helped me find this wonderful home for our family. Her consideration, thoroughness, knowlwdge and communication made the process smooth and very pleasant for me as a first time home buyer. She consistently goes above and beyond, even offering to pay part of a cleaning when the sellers failed to deliver the home as required. She also checked in with us multiple times after closing and referred some handymen. She has set a high bar and I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. I will be referring anyone needing a realtor to her.

Buyer reviewIn this survey, if there were a 'better than excellent' button, we would have used it. We absolutely loved working with Gayle. She went above and beyond for us in every aspect of her work, was extremely personable, and cared deeply about best outcomes for us. We were randomly paired with Gayle through a listing platform when we moved to SATX a year ago. We didn't know the area and the market and Gayle helped us make the best decision for us at the time - to rent for a year. We made a plan to reconnect and start looking for a home again in a few months, which we did. Gayle was extremely patient with us as we took her all around town to look for houses. When we settled on a new build, she walked us through the process, fought for us when the builder didn't do things right, communicated with us constantly, gave solid advice on how to proceed. We felt completely taken care of. And the cherry on top was her very sweet housewarming gift for us! (We need more space to write more!)
