While in college she studied business and went on to become a president of a successful management company. She came from a well-rounded background of property management, marketing/sales with impeccable customer service.

Buyer reviewGayle was a pleasure to work with. I was extremely impressed with her local knowledge of the neighborhoods that I wanted to be in. She was readily available when a house came on the market that I wanted to see. She was very knowledgeable navigating offers and negotiations on the property that we did purchase. She is so fun to look at houses with and also gave us a very sentimental housewarming gift. This being my fourth house, Gayle is my favorite realtor.

Gayle was patient with my wife and I for 2 years from helping us find a rental property to start off with, to guiding us to our first home purchase. There were a lot of unexpected and unique things that had popped up along with way in our purchase but due to her abundant experience and attention to detail, she sorted it all out and made this big first purchase and experience virtually pain free. I assure you 2 things with Gayle; 1) she will be open and honest about the entire transaction and process & 2) you will be very satisfied with decided to put your trust in her for your investment. 10/10, will recommend to any and everyone

She also helped me set up a detailed virtual tour & inspection when I was unable to physically tour the property myself. We met at a rental property that I had an interest in and she was able to provide me with the information on the rental. However, she presented better options with purchasing that I was unaware of. Her knowledge of the area, the local builders, offers and incentives with home buying and new construction was extraordinary. She provided me with the information to be able to make an intelligent decision on buying vs. renting. Gayle was also very communicative and did an awesome job with following up throughout my whole home buying process. She was there every step of the way. Today I am a homeowner of a new construction DR Horton home. I would recommend Gayle Dame to any friend or family member as I know they would receive excellent service from a great person!
