Buyer reviewHiring Gayle King to represent us in both our sale and purchase was the best decision we could have made! I am almost hesitant to use the word "hiring" because she did not make us feel like she was working for us, she made us feel like she was personally going through the home buying process as if it were her own home. She navigated us through every decision we had to make on the sale of our home and purchase of our new construction home. Gayle negotiated certain critical items in the contract with the Builder that most agents wouldn't have even thought of, due to her previous experience working for builder. I would highly recommend her to family and friends.

Buyer reviewWe cannot day enough positive things about Gayle. We looked at a ton of houses and each one she was prepared for our questions with information on the listing and area. She updated us daily with listings and market information which truly helped us find our home. She's always on time and always available. She made our purchase seamless. Buying is stressful but Gayle made it so easy. Any and all questions and issues that we had were handled and answered quickly. We would not only recommend Gayle to friends and family, we would use Gayle's services again in the future if/when we need them. She was amazing to work with and I am so happy she was referred to us.

From what I understand, the market was slow during our sales period and Gayle was able to steer us to a final contract. Would recommend Gayle to any prospective sellers
