Seller reviewSometimes one may have difficulty describing an experience. However, it's very easy to describe a transaction when your Realtor is Gayle King. My Virginia rental property was recently vacated and I wanted to sell. I live out of state and didn't want to fly into town and inspect the property and/or assess the necessary repairs. I contacted Gayle because I knew that I could trust her opinions and suggestions, so I asked her for a huge favor. Within 48 hours, she accomplished the following: obtained a key to the property, evaluated the condition and necessary repairs, created a comparative market analysis, drafted a contract, and scheduled cleaners and a repairman. The property sold within a few weeks with constant communication from Gayle. This was an absolute flawless transaction. Thank you, Gayle.
