From the first conversation, Gayle took the time to listen to our needs in a polite and courteous way. It was clear she was far different than a typical "Know-it-all-Realtor". Not only did she take the time to truly align our needs to a variety of options, but she was very considerate of our budget and never asked us to extend ourself beyond what we were comfortable with. As we worked through the different options, her local knowledge was on full display as she helped us see how choosing one location over another would impact our day-to-day lifestyle. Buyer reviewGayle King was great throughout the entire process and very patient with us. My husband and I were first time home-buyers and purchased new construction. Gayle helped negotiate us an outstanding deal (the best in the community so far) and was really helpful when we hit bumps in the process on the builders side. Through the process I know we were not the easiest clients but she always took the time to talk with me and offer guidance. She also went to bat for us when needed and we definitely felt a sense of protection working with her knowing she wouldn't let us get taken advantage of despite our lack of experience with the process. I can't say enough good things... we are very thankful for Gayle!
