Buyer reviewFor a 24 year old first time home buyer, Gayle King gained our trust right off the get go. She took all the stress out of finding a house. She was honest and transparent and that made us very comfortable to work with her. We are very thankful that she gave us her honest opinions, even when we didn't necessarily want to hear them. There were a couple houses we loved, and passed up on because of her advice and insight, and we look back and we are just thankful we listened to her because she led us to the perfect house under our budget, and we fall more in love with it everyday. If it's your first house or your last, I would recommend Gayle any day.

Seller reviewHaving a good business reputation was important to my wife and I. Century 21 is very known and been in the business for decades so knowing that they've stood the test of time was of great value for us. Gayle King has been a pleasure to work with. We initially met at an open house that she was the agent for and we really appreciated her approach and "style". We liked her so much since our initial chance meeting that we selected her to represent the sale of our home. Gayle King is a true professional, she informed us of her notional plan but also wanted to know what we wanted from the sale of our home. Expectations were set from the beginning and the sale of our home and the new home met above our expectations! The relationship has been mutually beneficial and we could not be happier with the results. The sale has been great, couldn't imagine it being better. We were able to sell our house in a day!! We received multiple offers in 1/2 a day, what else can you ask for?? If you could top that, Gayle King was able to show us a home that was not even on the market. We ultimately ended up putting an offer on the house pre-listing which helped us avoid a bidding war. Thanks to Gayle King, we found our "Dream Home". Thanks!
